The Rise of the Divine Feminine Is Real. Here’s How I Know.

In Greek mythology, Themis was a goddess associated with divine law and order. She is known for her wisdom and ability to foresee the future. She embodies the principles of justice, fairness, and the enforcement of laws.
In Greek mythology, Themis was a goddess associated with divine law and order. She is known for her wisdom and ability to foresee the future. She embodies the principles of justice, fairness, and the enforcement of laws.

You’ve probably heard it:

“The Divine Feminine is rising.”

Spiritual teachers say it. Podcasts echo it.

Maybe it shows up in your social media feed or slips into casual conversation.

And maybe—just maybe—you want to believe it.

After all, even mainstream media has hinted at it.

They declared 2023 “the year of the woman” during the Barbie movie release.

They marveled at the cultural power of Beyoncé and Taylor Swift filling stadiums with millions of devoted fans—mostly women, reclaiming joy, expression, and visibility.

But were those headlines genuine signs of change, or just clever marketing dressed up as feminism?

And if you're paying attention to the state of the world, it’s easy to wonder:

  • If this rise is real, why are rights still being stripped away?

  • Why does war, greed, and division still dominate?

  • Why hasn’t the United States elected a woman president?

  • If feminine energy is truly rising, shouldn’t things look... different?

These are fair and logical questions. The world still feels out of balance, and the headlines often point to regression more than awakening.

And yet… maybe you’ve also felt something deeper stirring—

a quiet pulling in your soul,

a nudge toward healing,

a longing to remember a truth that lives beneath the noise.

You’re not imagining it.

The shift is happening.

But it isn’t always visible on the surface—

because this kind of rising doesn’t begin in institutions.

It begins within us.

What Does the Divine Feminine Rising Actually Mean?

The Divine Feminine Rising isn’t about gender, it’s about restoring balance in a world that has leaned too far into domination, disconnection, and control.

The feminine is strong in ways our culture has forgotten. It’s intuitive, creative, compassionate, and wise. It holds emotional truth. It nurtures community. It honors the body, the Earth, and the sacred rhythm of rest.

To say the Divine Feminine is rising is to say:

  • We are remembering what was silenced.

  • We are reclaiming what was dismissed.

  • We are restoring what was lost.

And that’s not something most systems or media are built to measure. This shift begins in energy, in consciousness, and in the quiet, steady choices we make each day.

What I’ve Witnessed Since 2020

Since opening my Reiki practice in 2020, I’ve worked with hundreds of women. I can tell you with certainty: the rising is real.

They come from all walks of life and all stages of life—from children and teens to women in their 70s. They are teachers, engineers, executives, artists, nurses, mothers, caregivers, and students. Some are deeply spiritual. Others are trying energy work for the first time, despite having been told it was strange or “woo-woo.”

Still, they come. Drawn by something they can’t quite name.

Tired, overwhelmed, and disconnected.

But ready to feel better. Ready to feel whole.

Because something inside them is waking up.

This is what the Divine Feminine Rising really looks like.

What Sovereignty Looks Like Now

Women are reclaiming their sovereignty—not as rebellion, but as remembrance.

Sovereignty means choosing yourself.

It means trusting your body.

It means honoring your timing, your needs, your truth.

It means no longer measuring your worth by productivity or perfection.

And it’s showing up in ways that aren’t always dramatic, but are deeply revolutionary:

  • Leaving toxic jobs and relationships that no longer align

  • Saying no to overgiving and people-pleasing

  • Investing in healing, spiritual growth, and ancestral repair

  • Following intuition instead of outside validation

This isn’t about raising our voices—it’s about raising our truth.

But Why Does the World Still Look the Same?

If this shift is real, why hasn’t it reshaped society yet?

Why are so many systems still broken?

Because systems don’t collapse the moment we outgrow them, they resist.

Especially when those in power have something to lose.

And let’s be honest: power is rarely surrendered without a fight.

We’re living in the space between what was and what’s becoming.

Old structures are crumbling, even as they cling to relevance.

New ways of being are rising—quietly, organically, often invisibly.

Most transformation doesn’t happen in headlines.

It happens in living rooms. In circles. In ceremonies. In healing sessions. In conversations.

In everyday choices.

Institutions may resist. But consciousness is always ready to rise.

Every woman who says yes to herself becomes part of the collective shift.

What About Men?

Men have a vital role in this rebalancing too. The rise of the Divine Feminine isn’t about reversing power or excluding anyone—it’s about inviting all of us into wholeness.

Men are being called to:

  • Heal from harmful masculine conditioning

  • Embrace vulnerability and emotional intelligence

  • Support without dominating

  • Embody the Sacred Masculine—presence, accountability, integrity

  • Co-create new models for partnership, leadership, and parenting

When men rise rooted in balance rather than control, the collective healing deepens.

So... How Can You Trust It’s Happening?

Sacred change is steady, not showy.

Not everything real can be measured.

And not every movement marches in the streets.

Sometimes it moves quietly, soul to soul.

Sometimes it looks like a woman finally trusting her intuition.

Or crying during a Reiki session.

Or setting a boundary for the first time.

Or gathering with others to remember who she really is.

So if you feel the pull—trust it.

This rising is happening through you, not around you.

And you don’t need permission to take your place in it.

History tells us that change doesn’t require everyone to rise at once.

Research shows that as few as 11% of a population—when deeply committed and consistent—can tip the collective into transformation.

It’s not about mass participation. It’s about clarity, conviction, and steady presence.

Think of the Civil Rights Movement, the #MeToo wave, the youth climate strikes—each began with a small but unwavering group that became impossible to ignore.

Your voice matters. Your healing matters.

Because here’s the truth: this work is quiet. Sacred. Unstoppable.

You’re already on the path. Let it unfold.

Beautifully written and I totally feel this energy shift too amongst my circles of women and men! I have felt at times like I was giving birth, so I went to dance at the dance of the goddess, barefoot wild and free, and crying and roaring helps!

Thank you!🙏🏽
