If you’ve felt curious about Reiki, or wondered what it would be like to learn it for yourself, this is where that begins.
Reiki is a simple, practical practice that helps you settle your energy, support your well-being, and reconnect with your intuition. You don’t need any prior experience or background. You learn by doing, and by experiencing the shift in your own body.
I teach Usui Reiki Levels 1, 2, and 3 for women who want to practice Reiki with clarity, confidence, and integrity. Each level is taught live, with structured instruction, grounded lineage training, and space for questions, practice, and integration.
Reiki Level 1 (Self Reiki): Learn the foundations of self-Reiki and receive your attunement.
Reiki Level 2 (Distance Reiki): Learn the Reiki symbols, gain the tools to offer Reiki to others, including distance sessions.
Reiki Level 3 (Master Teacher): Advanced training for committed practitioners ready to step into leadership and teaching within the Usui Reiki lineage.
Important Notes:

Reiki Level 1 is required before Level 2.

Reiki Level 2 is required before Master Teacher training.

Reiki Level 3 (Master Teacher) registration closes prior to workshop dates to allow time for prework.
