Service Description
Designed for returning clients, Reiki Refresh is a focused 30-minute online Reiki session for women who want to pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves. Whether you're navigating a stressful week, moving through a life transition, or simply feel ready for energetic support, this shorter session offers dedicated time to slow down, receive, and return to yourself. We'll begin with a brief check-in before you get comfortable in a quiet space at home, either lying down or seated. You'll be guided into relaxation as I offer Reiki from a distance. No physical touch or physical proximity is needed. Many clients incorporate Reiki Refresh into their ongoing self-care practice, scheduling sessions regularly when they want to feel calmer, lighter, more grounded, and supported through life's ups and downs. Available to returning Reiki clients only. All sessions are held privately over Zoom, and your Zoom link will be included with your booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
1-on-1 Session Policies Late Arrivals: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be extended or refunded. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice via text, call, or email. Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. No Shows: Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits: Any issued credit must be used within one year of the original appointment date. Refunds: All bookings are final. Refunds are not offered. Thank you for respecting this policy. It allows me to hold clear, consistent space for every client.
