Reiki for Women

Service Description

As a Certified Reiki Master, I offer nurturing online Reiki sessions designed to support deep relaxation, restore a sense of balance, and support your overall well-being. Each session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are and provide the support you need in that moment. We begin on Zoom with a brief conversation about how you're feeling and what you'd like to focus on during our time together. You're welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. Next, you'll get comfortable in a quiet space in your own home, either lying down or seated, and simply receive. With your eyes closed, you'll be guided into deep relaxation as I offer Reiki from a distance. Reiki does not require physical touch or physical proximity, so you can receive your session wherever you feel most comfortable. After the session, we'll take time to reflect. You're invited to share anything that surfaced, ask questions, and receive intuitive insights that may support you moving forward. Many clients describe feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, more grounded, and more connected to themselves after a session. All Reiki sessions are now offered exclusively online through Zoom. Your private Zoom link will be included with your booking confirmation.
