Reiki for Children & Teens

Service Description

This session is available for children and teens of all genders, from birth through age 17, with parent or guardian permission. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. It is safe for all ages and works alongside, but does not replace, medical or psychological care. Each session is tailored to your child's age, personality, comfort level, and needs. Children are not expected to sit still or participate in any particular way. Reiki flows naturally whether they're resting, reading, playing, or simply being themselves. A parent or guardian must remain on-site during the session and is welcome to stay in the room or wait nearby. Sessions are child-led whenever possible. I explain Reiki in an age-appropriate way and ask the child's permission to begin. For nonverbal children, I request permission from their higher self. Comfort, autonomy, and respect are always prioritized. Families often seek Reiki to support stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, major life transitions, sensitivity, sleep challenges, or simply to provide their child with a calming and supportive experience. My intention is to create a safe and supportive space where your child feels seen, comfortable, and accepted exactly as they are. When booking, you'll have the option to choose either an in-person or Zoom session. The address for in-person sessions will be included in your confirmation email. A Zoom link is also automatically provided and can be used if relevant.
