Reiki for Pre-Teens & Teens

Service Description

This online Reiki session is designed for pre-teens and teens of all genders, ages 10–17, with parent or guardian consent. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice intended to support relaxation, a sense of balance, and overall well-being. It can be used alongside appropriate medical or psychological care, but is not a substitute for either. Each session is tailored to your child's age, personality, comfort level, and individual needs. There is no expectation that they sit still, close their eyes, or participate in any particular way. They are welcome to lie down, sit comfortably, listen quietly, or simply be themselves while receiving Reiki from the comfort of home. We begin together on Zoom with a brief check-in. I explain Reiki in an age-appropriate way and ask your child's permission before we begin. A parent or guardian must be present in the home throughout the session, although your child may participate privately if both you and your child are comfortable with that. Their comfort, autonomy, and boundaries are always respected. Families may seek Reiki during periods of stress, emotional overwhelm, school pressures, friendship or family changes, major life transitions, or simply when their child could benefit from dedicated time to slow down and reconnect with themselves. After the Reiki portion, we'll reconnect and give your child an opportunity to share anything they noticed, ask questions, or simply reflect on the experience. All Pre-Teen & Teen Reiki sessions are held privately over Zoom. Your Zoom link will be included with your booking confirmation.
