This private 60-minute online strategy session is designed for women building or growing a healing arts practice who want experienced guidance, honest feedback, and practical next steps. Depending on your needs, we may explore: • Clarifying your services and offers • Strengthening your messaging and positioning • Refining your website, sales pages, or social media content • Aligning your brand with the clients you want to reach • Pricing and packaging your services • Creating a clearer path from interest to booking • Identifying opportunities to strengthen or grow your business You'll receive direct feedback, practical recommendations, and actionable next steps you can begin implementing right away. Please come prepared with any materials you'd like me to review so we can make the most of our time together. As the founder of Palo Alto Reiki, I bring 20 years of branding and marketing experience along with six years of building a thriving healing arts practice from the ground up. I understand both the business strategy and the unique considerations that come with building a practice rooted in healing, intuition, and service. All Healing Arts Business Strategy sessions are held privately online through Zoom. Your Zoom link will be included with your booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
1-on-1 Session Policies Late Arrivals: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be extended or refunded. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice via text, call, or email. Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. No Shows: Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits: Any issued credit must be used within one year of the original appointment date. Refunds: All bookings are final. Refunds are not offered. Thank you for respecting this policy. It allows me to hold clear, consistent space for every client.
