Depending on your needs, we may focus on: • Clarifying your services and offers • Strengthening your messaging and positioning • Refining website, sales page, or social media content • Aligning your branding with your ideal clients • Pricing and packaging your services • Creating a clearer path from interest to booking You'll receive direct feedback, practical recommendations, and actionable next steps you can begin implementing right away. Please come prepared with any materials you'd like reviewed so we can make the most of our time together. As the founder of Palo Alto Reiki, I bring 20 years of branding and marketing experience along with six years of building a thriving Healing Arts practice from the ground up.
Cancellation Policy
1-on-1 Session Policies Late Arrivals: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be extended or refunded. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice via text, call, or email. Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. No Shows: Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits: Any issued credit must be used within one year of the original appointment date. Refunds: All bookings are final. Refunds are not offered. Thank you for respecting this policy. It allows me to hold clear, consistent space for every client.
