Service Description
This one-hour consulting session is for practitioners who want experienced guidance on how they are positioning and communicating their work. If you are launching a new offering, refining your pitch, or unsure whether your messaging is strong enough, we will use this time to evaluate what you are saying and how you are saying it. We may focus on: • Clarifying your offer and its value • Strengthening your pitch • Identifying gaps in positioning • Tightening website or sales page language • Aligning your branding with your audience You will receive direct, specific feedback and practical recommendations. I will also suggest tools and frameworks you can use to strengthen your marketing over time. Please come prepared with your current materials so we can work directly with them during the session. As a certified Reiki Master Teacher and founder of Palo Alto Reiki, I bring 20 years in branding and marketing and six years building a thriving Healing Arts practice.
Cancellation Policy
1-on-1 Session Policies Late Arrivals: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be extended or refunded. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice via text, call, or email. Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. No Shows: Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits: Any issued credit must be used within one year of the original appointment date. Refunds: All bookings are final. Refunds are not offered. Thank you for respecting this policy. It allows me to hold clear, consistent space for every client.
