About the event
Reiki Level 1 is where your relationship with Reiki begins. This foundational training teaches you how to practice self-Reiki to calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and restore your energy. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you will learn to use Reiki as a practical tool for daily balance. During the attunement ceremony, you are initiated into the Usui Reiki lineage and leave with the ability to access and channel Reiki for life.
