Reiki Level 1 Certification Course (April 29 & 30)

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 2 day course held in person in Palo Alto, CA. By registering, you are agreeing to attend both days in order to complete Reiki level 1 certification. 

Day 1: Friday, April 29th, from 2:00-6:00 PM

Day 2: Saturday, April 30th, from 2:00-6:00 PM

Reiki energy healing is a profound practice which brings vast benefits to self and others.  At the same time, it’s a simple technique that anyone can learn regardless of experience and requires no tools or special equiptment. The ability to learn Reiki is not dependent on intellectual capacity nor prior education. It does not take years of practice. It is simply passed on from the Reiki Master to the student. As soon as this happens, you can do Reiki. Because of this, it is easily learned by anyone. 

The focus of Reiki level 1 is to open the student's energy channels on a physical level, allowing them to connect to the universal life force energy, which flows from the universe through the crown of the head and down into the heart and hands. Self-reiki is the goal of the level 1, encouraging students to work through their own personal healing prior to practicing on others.

Prerequisite: None. Open to all, ages 18+.

The Reiki 1 cource includes:

• Exploration of what Reiki energy healing is, including The 5 Reiki Principals
• The history and origins of Reiki, including it’s journey from Japan to the West
• Step-by-step instruction and practice of how to perform Reiki on yourself 
• Ethics of practice
• Ways to incorporate Reiki healing into your everyday life
• A hard copy of the Reiki I manual 
• Reiki level 1 attunement (ceremony of empowerment)
• Reiki level I certification upon completion of the course

Once you receive the Reiki level 1 attunement, you will have Reiki for the remainder of your life. It does not wear off and you can never lose it.
