Reiki Level 1, or the First Degree, introduces you to the foundational practice of self-Reiki, empowering you to reduce stress, restore energy, and reconnect with your inner self. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn how to use Reiki as a powerful tool for healing and balance.
Through a sacred Reiki Level 1 attunement, you’ll gain lifelong access to Reiki energy, bringing peace, clarity, and well-being into all aspects of your life.
This women-only course is taught in the Usui lineage of Reiki, providing a traditional, comprehensive certification that honors this time-honored practice.
