Learn Reiki Level 1 (Zoom)

Please note this is a 2-day course taight live on Zoom. You are required to attend both days in order to receive your attunement and certification: Friday, July 26, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Pacific and Saturday, July 27, from 10:00 AM-1:00 PM Pacific.

Reiki energy healing is an ancient healing modality which brings vast benefits to all who practice. It’s a simple technique using hand positions and visualization which anyone can learn regardless of experience. Performing Reiki requires only an open heart and mind. There are no tools, prior education, nor special equipment required. Reiki's universal life force energy can never cause harm and has no religious affiliation.

Reiki Level 1 teaches self-Reiki and immediately upon completion of the course you will have the ability to give yourself Reiki. Practicing self-Reiki may help alleviate feelings of stress, fear, emotional imbalance, as well insomnia and physical discomfort. It may also help activate motivation, positivity, clarity, and an overall sense of wellbeing. 

Once you receive the Reiki level 1 attunement from the Reiki Master, you will have Reiki for the remainder of your life. It does not wear off and you can never lose it. Learning self-Reiki is a both a gift of healing and self-love!

Prerequisite: It's strongly suggested that you have personally experienced Reiki at least once prior to taking this class (from any practitioner). It will give you a frame of reference for learning the modality. Open to all women (18+).

The Reiki Level 1 course includes:

• Exploration of what Reiki energy healing is, including The 5 Reiki Principals
• The history and origins of Reiki, including it’s journey from Japan to the West
• Step-by-step instruction and practice of how to perform Reiki on yourself
• Ethics of practice
• Ways to incorporate Reiki healing into your everyday life
• The Reiki Level 1 manual
• Reiki level 1 attunement (ceremony of initiation)
• Reiki level 1 personalized certificate, upon completion of both days of the course

Each course is limited to 5 students to allow optimal interaction between the Reiki Master and the student.
