Learn Reiki Level 1

Please note this is a 2-day course and you are required to attend both days in order to receive your attunement and certification: Friday, May 24, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Pacific and Saturday, May 25, from 10:00 AM-1:00 PM Pacific.

Reiki Level 1 teaches self-Reiki and immediately upon completion of the course you will have the ability to give yourself Reiki. Practicing self-Reiki may help alleviate feelings of stress, fear, emotional imbalance, as well insomnia and physical discomfort. It may also help activate motivation, positivity, clarity, and an overall sense of wellbeing. 

Once you receive the Reiki level 1 attunement from the Reiki Master, you will have Reiki for the remainder of your life. It does not wear off and you can never lose it. Learning self-Reiki is a both a gift of healing and self-love!
