Both Zoom and in-person sessions begin with a discussion on how you're feeling physically emotionally, and mentally, and what you hope to get from the session. You may share as much detail as feels right for you.

Next, you'll lie back comfortably, fully clothed, with your eyes closed while Reiki (universal life force energy) is silently channeled from a distance into your chakras (energy centers). I practice proximity Reiki, meaning there is no hands on contact while Reiki flows. As I beam the energy towards you, your higher self will automatically direct the energy to where you need it most, unblocking, balancing, and aligning your mind, body, and spirit.

There's nothing you need to do for Reiki to be effective. Some clients meditate during the session, others let their mind wander, and some even fall asleep. There's no wrong way to experience Reiki. The only requirement is an open mind and a willingness to receive.

The session ends with an opportunity for intuitive guidance and feedback. All messages are specific to you and always for your highest good. You decide if they're right for you.
