Simply choose between an in-person or Zoom appointment during the online booking process. If you opt for an in-person session, the exact address will be provided in your booking confirmation email. For Zoom sessions, a link will be automatically included in your confirmation email—just keep it handy for our session. Cancellation Policy

If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time. Re-scheduling is only permitted with 24 hour advanced notice via text, call, or email. Re-scheduling less than 24 hours of session time is not possible. No shows will not receive a refund or credit. Credits expire after 1 year from date of issue.
