GUIDED GROUNDING MEDITATION

Any time you're feeling overwhelmed, over-burdened, or out-of-sorts take a 10 minute time-out and ground with this guided meditation. This free meditation is particularly helpful for empaths to use for clearing and grounding, as they're prone to feeling "spaced out" from time to time. ​ Use this meditation as often as you feel called to. Find a quiet space with no interruptions. Sitting outdoors with your bare feet in the earth is highly recommended when possible. Headphones are also recommended for the best listening experience.
