April Inbox Inspiration

Keeping you informed, encouraged, & inspired.

Welcome April! I must confess it's my favorite month, and not only because it's my birthday month :) April comes in with a flourish of activity, abundance, and hope. Tulips bloom, animals come out of hibernation, birds serenade us with song, warmer weather emerges, and April showers cleanse away any remaining winter blahs. There's also a sense of carefree fun this month thanks to spring break, the Easter Bunny, and April Fool's Day. How do you harness the fertile energy of April? Perhaps you give birth to a new project? Or book an adventurous trip? Or gather with family in celebration? Or organizing a local Earth Day event? For me, it's time at the beach earthing and soaking in ocean air, (literally) stopping to smell the flowers on my daily walks, driving with the windows down and the music up, meditating outdoors on my patio, and filing away the winter soup recipes in favor of spring salads and smoothies. No matter your plans for April, may you grow & flourish this month! With gratitude, Kristen

APRIL SHOWERS

Re-think your time in the shower this month, by turning it into a powerful time of reflection and rejuvenation, with no distractions or interruptions. Here are 3 tips to consider: 1. Visualize each drop of water grounding and connecting you to Mother Earth. Feel the water cleanse and restore your energy. Allow the spray to wash your worries from the day down the drain. 2. Allow your thoughts to be present. Notice and appreciate every detail of the experience...the temperature of the water, the calming sound of the spray, the invigorating scent of the soap, the feel of your hands gently washing your body. 3. Set the intention for this time to raise your vibration. Play inspiring music, sing along, recite affirmations, practice gratitude, connect with your angels. Nourishing My Soul This Month
