Grounding Meditation

This meditation is recommended any time you're feeling overwhelmed, over-burdened or out-of-sorts. It's particularly helpful for empaths to use for clearing and grounding, as they're prone to feeling "spaced out" from time to time.

Use this meditation as often as you feel called to. Find a quiet space with no interruptions. Sitting outdoors with your bare feet in the earth is highly recommended, weather permitting. Headphones are also recommended for the best listening experience.
